Eclectic, 4 1/2 stars – Chef Greg LaPrad performs a high-wire act with a new menu every night. The inspired farm-to-table fare may range through a salumi platter, lion’s paw Baja scallops, and pork belly and cracklings with butternut-squash mash. Beautiful bucolic setting, too.
