With an authentic interior imported from Ireland, it would be easy for the ambiance to overshadow the food if Rula Bula's kitchen didn't do such a bang-up job. The fish and chips plates ($7.95 lunch, $11.95 dinner) are the stars, but it's hard to go wrong on this menu.
