Specializing in pita and Middle Eastern wraps, Cyprus Pita Grill brings a little bit of Greece to the Valley. In addition to traditional falafel, gyros, and chicken, lamb and pork souvlaki, the house specialty, Pita Shieftalia , is a traditional minced Greek sausage served in pita bread with tomatoes, fresh lettuce and yogurt garlic sauce. Entrees come with rice, salad or fries, and desserts, salads and pasta dishes also are on the menu.
