Chef Cullen Campbell's 50-seat gem offers diners superbly crafted modern Italian fare in a lovely open and airy setting complete with alcoves, French doors and chandeliers. Try crispy pig ears, or sweet, salty and meaty smoked Sicilian Castelvetranos for starters, and then order entrees like chile-accented squid-ink risotto teamed with meltingly rich tuna confit, or pork belly with smoked-tomato agrodolce sauce. Tracy Dempsey desserts and a thoughtfully, mostly Italian constructed wine list are featured.
