Wade Moises' Pasta Bar is part of a burgeoning little independent restaurant cluster in downtown Phoenix. The all-day menu centers around a changing variety of fresh pastas, served in Italian-style portions of about 4 ounces. Try fettuccine tagliatta, with charred rib eye, arugula, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan ($14); gnocchi with sweet fennel sausage ragu ($15); and spicy orecchiette puttanesca ($12).
