Off the Hook serves a traditional sushi list, with eel, salmon, yellowtail rolls and shrimp tempura. But the eye-catching sushi specialties are the heart of the operation. Look for the Hot Piece of Bass roll (sea bass, shrimp tempura, cucumber and avocado); Shiitake Happens roll (tempura snapper, shiitake, asparagus and “krab”); Off the Hook roll (California roll with eel, mango and strawberry coulis); and, believe it or not, Warm Apple Pie roll (tempura apple, avocado, smoked salmon, cream cheese and asparagus).
