Sake Tini, a chic sushi and Japanese restaurant, looks as if it could be right at home in north Scottsdale, with slate floors and lounge-like seating that give it a nightclub feel. The sushi presentations are just as cool and modern, from the tiger roll with tempura shrimp and avocado, to the “Volcano,” a giant scallop shell filled with soft-shell crab and diced avocado. Goodies like these are gobbled up by a hip, young crowd.
