Sylvia Menchaca started learning the trade back in 1962, when her parents opened the original restaurant. Since then, she has fed generations of Arizonans, as well as non-Arizonans, including Bill Clinton. They're still coming for the straightforward Mexican fare, including beef flautas, fajitas, chiles rellenos, red-chile pork and fish tacos. Looking for something fancier? Try pescado Monterey, grilled snapper in a tomatillo cheese sauce.
