Cuban cuisine shows its sparkle at Havana Patio Cafe with such specialties as ropa vieja, pollo Cubano and boliche mechada: pot roast stuffed with Spanish chorizo in red-wine sauce. Great appetizers, too, including shrimp pancakes, ham croquettes and salt-cod fritters.
