The Vietnamese standards are wonderful at Little Saigon, but the intensity really gets ratcheted up by such off-the-beaten-path dishes as lotus-root salad with shrimp and pork, charbroiled ground beef in grape leaves and rice-flour-coconut cakes topped with shrimp.
