Stockyards Restaurant

Sixty years ago, this charming, old-West steakhouse was set in the midst of the biggest cattle feedlot west of the Mississippi. Though the mooing has long stopped at Stockyards, the beef remains, in the form of prime rib, porterhouse and the famous “calf fries.”
