The specialty at Hope Kee is barbecued meats, hung Chinatown-style in a glassed-in booth. The duck is spectacular, moist, meaty and fragrant. So are the spare ribs, juicy and crisped up, and the tender chicken is steeped in soy. Outstanding soups, too.
