The gelato at Angel Sweet is the real deal. Avert your eyes from the parking lot, roll some around in your mouth and, for a hallucinatory moment, Chandler can be Roma. This shiny storefront looks like a gelateria, too, with two-dozen flavors beautifully swirled and arranged in gleaming trays. You won't find flavor intensity like this even in premium American ice cream. Look for pistachio, tiramisu, panna cotta with caramel, cappuccino, chocolate, coconut and stracciatella, sort of an Italian chocolate chip.
