This barbecuing haven has a sophisticated, rustic decor and a menu filled with traditional selections such as smoked pork shoulder and new favorites such as barbecue pizzas, called Fire Pies. The interior is a funky Western mix, with vintage glass bottles embedded in the brick walls, lighting sconces made of sterling silverware from a Prescott antique store and a ceiling framed with stamped tin. Come hungry, and tear into a rack of ribs with cornbread and honey, pecan coleslaw and roasted corn on the side. After dinner, you can stroll into the adjacent Q Lounge for a cocktail.
