Head to Da Vang Restaurant for some of the most authentic Vietnamese food in the Valley. The mom-and-pop eatery features huge spring rolls, chunky pho (Vietnamese soup) and a Vietnamese variation on fajitas, with ground shrimp and barbecue pork atop vegetable rice paper.
