Dillon’s Restaurant, with three Valley locations, is named after creator Rich Dillon, who used his culinary skills to craft a barbecue and American menu that draws in customers. While there are some eclectic items, including flautas and prickly peach salad, the emphasis here definitely is on the ribs, beef and pulled-pork items. You can’t go wrong with the 50/50 pork rib platter, which come with a half-rack each of baby back and traditional St. Louis-style pork spare ribs.
