A churrascaria celebrates all-you-can-eat beef, lamb, pork and poultry, cooked over open flames. There's no menu: gaucho-garbed servers come by with skewers of grilled meat, including picanha, filet mignon, rib eye, lamb, pork and bacon-wrapped chicken, which they slice off onto your plate.
