When it comes to real barbecue, it all starts with ribs. At Hap’s, they're rubbed with spices, smoked over hickory and lightly charred. The result is pure, tender pleasure. But Hap's doesn't rest on its rib laurels. Just about everything on the menu is heart-stoppingly good. Hefty sandwiches that require two hands to grab hold of, beans that are flat-out superb and luscious potato salad round out the meal. But save room for dessert: Homemade cherry cobbler is a must.
