Luke’s Chicago Beef may look modest (the casual eatery seats only about 20), but inside are some of the best Italian-beef sandwiches in the Valley. Ask for one “wet,” and you’ll get your beef soaked in gravy and placed in a huge hoagie roll. There also are Italian sausages paired with sweet or hot peppers, meatball sandwiches, bratwurst and other subs, and be sure to order the addictive crinkle fries.
