With four locations in the Valley it’s never out of the way, and Tom has even been known to take the show on the road, taking a portable pit barbecue to local events. Tom’s boasts a homemade menu with a “nothing off the shelves” philosophy toward preparation, and while it specializes in barbecue, Tom’s also offers a variety of other menu items, including Italian beef and sausages, just like you’d find at the street vendors of Chicago.
