Sapporo (making its third Celeb Dish appearance) serves up delicious choices for any palate. Whether you're in the mood for something hot off the tableside Teppan grill, craving a cool and fresh spicy salmon roll, or have a hankering for Pacific Rim favorites such as crab-crusted mahi mahi, this stylish eatery has something for you. The specialty sushi menu includes the Diamondback Roll - salmon, crab mix, sautéed onions and shrimp - but this D-Back's favorite is a little more on the cooked side. Webb's pick: Filet mignon and shrimp Teppan combination.

A hip and happening bar, a breezy and relaxed patio, and a charmingly eclectic menu make Kona Grill a favorite hangout. Sushi (rainbow roll, yellowtail sashimi), pizza (shiitake goat cheese, Margherita), appetizer munchies (onion strings, avocado egg rolls), and full entrees (big island meatloaf, pan-seared ahi) mix and mingle on the bill of fare that includes Asian, Hawaiian and American influences. Webb's pick: Baked sea bass with miso sake marinade.

Billed as a casually upscale eatery on the Scottsdale Waterfront, Olive & Ivy combines the traditional flavors of Mediterranean cuisine with the contemporary flair of California dining. Try one of the artisan cheese plates, an Italian-inspired flatbread, or any of a range of pasta, seafood, and beef entrees. Pitchers of red and white Sangria pair nicely with any meal, but the restaurant also offers an extensive wine list full of intriguing varietals. Webb's pick: Filet of beef, served with loaded potato and asparagus.

Let's go Daddy-O! Food and fun are on the menu at this quirky Valley favorite (which also makes Dish appearance number three this week). And although the kitchen at Oregano's offers a multitude of delectable choices including buffalo wings; thin-crust, stuffed and pan pizza; baked Italian roll sandwiches and pasta bowls, all three celebs to choose Oregano's have chalked the pick up to one thing: the "don't go and not order it" cookie dessert. A half-pound chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut, or peanut butter cookie, baked in a 6-inch pizza pan and served hot with ice cream - no one can resist it, and who would want to?
