Tucked away inside the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall lies a bit of Spain: sounds of flamenco dancers clapping and stomping, and guitarists strumming and wailing traditional Andalusian songs. Established in 1992, this award-winning Spanish restaurant is open Tuesdays through Sundays for lunch and dinner. Pepin features flamenco and salsa dancing Friday and Saturday nights.
