Lan Tran, who owns the popular Phoenix restaurant Rice Paper with her sister, Hue, opened this French-Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the historical Hotel San Carlos in downtown Phoenix. Look for pork bahn mi sandwiches, rice-paper wraps, French onion soup, bun salad, foie gras and duck confit.
