This downtown Scottsdale resort doesn’t exactly look historic, but the trendy hotel has actually been around since 1956. With a 2005 renovation giving it a modern twist, today it teems with young socialites, who dress to impress when going for island-inspired cocktails at Trader Vic’s or American comfort food at Café Zuzu. Head there after the Thursday art walk or go for special events, such as fashion shows.
