Mondrian Scottsdale Hotel

Inside the infamously decorated Morgans Hotel Group's Scottsdale location is not one, but three flamboyant bars where you can enjoy the ultimate Fancy Pants Happy Hour. Skybar is coated in black, down to the Philippe Starck ghost chairs, whereas the adjacent Asia de Cuba is completely white, with rooster art. And Red Bar is outfitted in plush red sofas, coordinating velvet curtains, and a low ceiling painted with cherubs singing, smoking, listeing to their iPods. From 5 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, Red Bar hosts "Lucky 7" with $7 martinis, wine and well drinks, as well as select items from the Asia de Cuba menu, like Caribbean-style fish tacos or Mojito spiced French fries.
