This host of Bravo’s hit reality series "Top Chef" and the former wife of writer Salman Rushdie boasts a sexy, seven inch scar on her right bicep. Though we wish she got it knife fighting, this Indian beauty earned it at the age of 14 after her family’s car careened down an embankment near Malibu, California. The accident left her with a fractured right hip and shattered arm, and in order to repair the damage her doctors cut into her arm, leaving her with her trademark scar.

Though it was originally a hindrance in her modeling career, photographer Helmut Newton took her under his wing and changed the industry’s tune.
