Vampires clearly aren’t just for that menacingly pale girl you see on the train reading the "Twilight" series and thinking impure thoughts about its underage characters. Though they’re alluring enough to spawn countless films, TV series and oddly branded foodstuffs, plenty of vampires just... suck.

From the annoying to the self-loathing, the non-scary to the plain ridiculous, here’s a look back at some of the all-time suckiest vampires, just in time for the second season of "True Blood."
