4. Mick St. John, 'Moonlight'

If some third world country scraped together a few community theater actors and a modest budget for fake blood in an attempt at a shoddy remake of “Angel,” it probably would have been marginally better than “Moonlight.” The short-lived 2007 series starred Alex O’Loughlin as Mick St. John, yet another immortal detective plagued with a guilty conscience. That conscience manifested in an annoying chip on his shoulder. Vampires should be scary or funny, but Mick and the other “Moonlight” vamps were just emo and boring.
