13. The Anointed One, 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'

Buffy had more than her fair share of witty and chilling nemeses throughout her seven seasons of slaying, but only one earns the distinction of being truly sucky. The Master (kind of a dopey vamp himself) sired a gawky tween named Collin in season one to sit at his right hand and provide some sort of accidental comic relief. They called him “The Anointed One” on account of his preordained fate to bring about the apocalypse. Dubbed “The Annoying One” by Spike, he was killed off in a self-aware, almost apologetic manner shortly thereafter.
