3. "Dukes of Hazzard"

Awful, awful, awful. Sure the original “Dukes of Hazzard” was odd, backwoodsy and maybe even inadvertently racist at times, but it had a good heart. Brothers Luke and Bo Duke always managed to make the bales of hay fall on top of the bad guy’s car, and there was no real problem that couldn’t be solved with some jump stunts and car crashes.

The film version, starring silver screen legends-in-the-making Johnny Knoxville and Jessica Simpson, settles instead for sex jokes and sophmoric physical idiocy. Maybe they should have just gone all “Jackass” and dragged Knoxville behind the General Lee for a couple of miles...
